Delivery

Chimera art & craft ships internationally via Speedex (domestic orders) and ELTA (international orders) courier services. Our shipping department closes at 3 p.m. on weekdays and is closed on weekends and most major holidays.

Note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or PO/FPO.

Domestic orders

Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery of domestic orders, depending on the selected shipping method.

International orders

Delivery of international orders can take from 3 days to as long as 2-3 weeks, depending on the selected shipping method.

Keep in mind that delivery time for international orders may vary depending on the country’s postal service and customs, which may hold parcels for a length of time before releasing them for delivery. If you’re based outside the EU, taxes and duties may be applicable. The Shop is not responsible for paying these charges.

Returns

We sincerely hope that you will enjoy your purchase. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund. Items must be returned in pristine condition with their original packaging, including boxes and receipt. Return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or incorrect. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds will be credited to the Debit or Credit Card used for the purchase of the order. Upon reception of the item(s), we will issue a refund or replacement(s), whichever is applicable and depending upon availability. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

If an item or product arrives faulty, please contact the Shop immediately and we will assist you in resolving any problems.
