Yanna Krimbithi

Kribithi

Yanna Krimbithi was born in Athens in 1962. She studied economics in the University of Piraeus and Ceramics in the Athens Municipality school (1986-1987).

She participated in several seminars and specialised in various techniques as raku, bone china, heritage (porcelain), in Greece, France and Belgium.

In 1998-1999 she studied in the University of Applied Arts Architecture and Design of Prague, by a scholarship of the Chech government.

She has participated in group exhibitions in Athens, London, Prague, Zaragoza, Bandol and Valbonne.

Every object is a handmade and unique piece of art. Objects are entirely made by Yanna, using stoneware clay and are fired in electric kiln in 1200°C
